The welcome bonus
What the $25 or $50 welcome bonus is, exactly when it lands, why it follows the 30 day hold, and the questions people ask about it.

New creator accounts get a welcome bonus added to their balance when they submit their first clip. This page is everything about it.
How much
$25 if you signed up as a clipper. $50 if you signed up as a UGC creator. The amount is fixed at signup based on the choice you made on the "What do you make?" screen.
When it lands
The moment you submit your first clip to any campaign. Not at signup, not at approval, not when the clip earns anything. The submission itself is the trigger, after the usual checks (the link is valid, the account is verified, you are in the campaign).
It shows on your Earnings page as a credit labelled "Welcome bonus."

- 1The welcome bonus lands the moment your first clip is submitted and shows here as its own line.
- 2It is on hold for 30 days like every other credit, then moves to Available to withdraw.
When you can withdraw it
Thirty days after it lands, like every other credit. Your Earnings page shows it under "On hold" with the unlock date. On that date it moves to "Available to withdraw." The 30 day hold explains why every credit waits.
Why the first clip and not signup
Two reasons. It means the bonus goes to people who actually post, which keeps the campaigns full of real clippers. And it means your first clip is the one with the guaranteed payoff: whatever that clip does, it earned $25 or $50 by existing.
Things people ask
Is it once per person? Yes. One bonus per creator page, on the first clip.
Does the clip have to be approved? No. Submitting is enough. If the clip is later rejected, the bonus stays.
What if I picked clipper and I mostly film? The bonus is set by the choice at signup. You can clip or film whatever you like afterwards. Email support if you want the label on your page changed.
Can I withdraw it on its own? Once it has unlocked, yes. It is ordinary balance at that point. Most people withdraw it along with their first clip earnings.
Is it taken back if I stop posting? No. Once it has landed it is yours.
Does the brand pay for it? No. It is paid by The Creators Club, not from any campaign pool.
Next: submit your first clip if you have not yet, or add a payout method so the bonus has somewhere to go when it unlocks.
