Add a payout method and withdraw
Where to save your PayPal email or USDC/USDT address, how Request payout works, what On its way and Received mean, and what to check if a payout has not arrived.

Withdrawing takes two steps: save where the money should go, then request it once it has unlocked.
Save a payout method
- 1Open Settings. The Profile tab is the default.
- 2Scroll to Contact and payout details.
- 3In Payout method, enter your PayPal email address, or a USDC or USDT wallet address on the Ethereum network.
- 4Press Save changes.

- 1Payout method takes a PayPal email, or a USDC or USDT wallet address on the Ethereum network. Paste a wallet address, never type it.
- 2Press Save changes. This method is used for every payout request until you change it.
Do this early. It is a 30 second job and it is annoying to do on the day money unlocks.
For a wallet address, paste it from your wallet app rather than typing it, and check the network. An address on the wrong network can lose the funds, and that is not something anyone can reverse.
Request a payout
- 1Open Earnings.
- 2The top figure is Available to withdraw. That is everything past its 30 day hold that you have not requested yet.
- 3Press Request payout. A form opens with the amount filled in as everything available; lower it if you want to leave some behind. Your saved payout method is filled in too.
- 4Press Send payout request. The request appears under On its way.

- 1Available to withdraw: credits past their 30 day hold that you have not requested yet.
- 2On hold: credits inside their 30 days, with the date the next chunk unlocks.
- 3Request payout opens the withdrawal form for the available amount.

Choose how much of your cleared balance to withdraw. The team will review and process the request.

The saved method will also be used for future requests.
- 1Amount defaults to everything available. Lower it if you want to leave some in the balance.
- 2Your saved payout method is filled in. Change it here if you need to; the new one is saved for next time.
- 3Press Send payout request. It shows under On its way until the team settles it, then under Received.
The team settles requests by hand, which is why there is a person between the button and the money. Once sent, it moves to Received with the date.
What each section on the Earnings page means
- Available to withdraw. Unlocked, not yet requested.
- On hold. Inside its 30 days, with the next unlock date. The 30 day hold explains it.
- Queued. Clips still accruing and credits inside their hold.
- On its way. Payout requests you have made that have not been sent yet.
- Received. Payouts that have been sent.
Things people ask
Is there a minimum? Request whatever is available. Very small amounts are better left to combine with the next unlock, but nothing stops you.
Is there a fee? Not from The Creators Club. PayPal or the network may charge their own, which shows on their side.
Can I withdraw part of the available balance? Yes. Change the amount in the request form before you send it.
How long until it arrives? Requests are settled by the team, usually within a few business days. PayPal arrives when it is sent; a wallet transfer arrives once the network confirms it.
I changed my payout method after requesting. The request carries the method you confirmed in the form. If you need it changed after sending, email support before it is settled.
A payout has not arrived. Check that the request shows as Received. If it does, check the PayPal account or wallet address you saved, character by character. If it does not, it is still in the queue. If it has been more than a week, email support with the date and amount.
Is the welcome bonus withdrawable? Once it has unlocked, it is ordinary balance.
