How your earnings are calculated
The exact formula behind every number on your Earnings page: rate, cap, minimum, tracking window, bonus, the 30 day hold, and why the total sometimes moves down.

Every dollar on your Earnings page comes from one formula and a few rules. Here they are, so a number never surprises you.
The formula for one clip
earned = min(max payout per clip, views ÷ 1,000 × rate)
At a $1.50 rate with a $200 cap:
- 3,000 views is $4.50
- 60,000 views is $90
- 400,000 views is $200, because $600 is over the cap

Reads over the last six days
- 1Views, as last read from the platform.
- 2The campaign rate per 1,000 views.
- 3Earned so far: views ÷ 1,000 × rate, until the cap.
- 4The cap. This clip stops accruing at $200 no matter how far it goes.
The rules around it
Minimum payout. Some campaigns set a dollar floor a clip has to reach before it goes to review. Below it, the clip tracks but is not reviewed and nothing is committed. A $5 minimum at a $1 rate means 5,000 views.
Tracking window. Views count for a set number of days after you submit, 30 by default. After that the clip keeps what it earned and the count is no longer read.
Flat bonus per clip. Some campaigns add a fixed amount on top of the per view earnings for every approved clip. It shows on the campaign card if it exists.
The pool. The campaign budget is a hard ceiling. When it is spent, clips still tracking stop accruing. Nothing already committed is taken back.
Approval. Earnings are committed to your balance when the brand approves the clip, and they keep growing with views after that until the cap or the end of the window.
Per platform
Each submission is its own clip. The same video posted on TikTok, Reels and Shorts is three submissions, each with its own count, its own earnings and its own cap.
The welcome bonus
$25 for clippers and $50 for UGC creators, added to your balance when your first clip is submitted. It behaves like any other credit, including the hold.
The 30 day hold
Every amount that lands in your balance becomes available 30 days later. Your Earnings page shows three figures:
- Available to withdraw. Credits older than 30 days that you have not requested yet.
- On hold. Credits inside their 30 days, with the date the next chunk unlocks.
- In a payout request. Money you have already asked for, on its way.

Available to withdraw
$312.40
$188.00 on hold, first $42.00 unlocks October 11, 2026. Earnings can be withdrawn 30 days after they land.
- 1Available to withdraw: credits past their 30 day hold that you have not requested yet.
- 2On hold: credits inside their 30 days, with the date the next chunk unlocks.
- 3Request payout opens the withdrawal form for the available amount.
The 30 day hold explains why it is there.
Why a number can go down
Two reasons, both normal:
The platform removed views. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube delete views they decide were bots, sometimes a week or more after those views appeared. The next scheduled read shows the lower count and the earned amount adjusts with it. If the clip was already approved, the committed amount adjusts too.
A dispute went the brand's way. If a brand disputes a clip it approved and the team agrees, the amount is reversed. You are told why.
This is the reason the hold exists: corrections happen before money leaves, so a payout never has to be reversed.
No fees on your side
The brand pays a 10% platform fee on top of what creators earn. The rate on the card is what you get. No amount is deducted from your balance for fees, ever.
Checking a number
Open any clip on your Submissions page. It shows every read: the count, the source, the time, and the amount at that point. If a figure still looks wrong after reading it, email support with the clip link.
