Questions

Can you clip on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube at the same time?

Yes. One clip can be posted to all three, and each post is tracked on its own. What changes per platform, and why cross posting is the easiest way to triple your chances.

Short answer

Yes. Most campaigns allow TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and you can post the same clip to all three. Each post is a separate submission with its own view count and its own earnings. Verify each account once, then submit each link.

Yes, and you should. The same 30 second clip can be posted to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and each post counts on its own.

How it works on a campaign

Every campaign lists the platforms it allows. Most allow all three. When you post the clip on each app, you submit each link separately. Each link is tracked separately, so one clip can earn three times: once for its TikTok views, once for Reels, once for Shorts.

You verify each account once, under Settings, then it is available for every campaign.

Why cross posting works so well

The three apps make their own decisions. A clip can flop on TikTok and get 400,000 views on Shorts. Posting to all three gives each clip three independent chances. It costs you about two extra minutes per clip.

What to change per platform

The clip can be identical, but a few things are worth adjusting:

  • Length. Shorts favors clips under 60 seconds. Reels are happy at 30 to 90. TikTok is fine either way.
  • Captions on screen. Keep them. All three are watched with sound off a lot of the time.
  • The written caption. Instagram reads the caption for search, so a full sentence with the topic in it helps there. TikTok cares more about the first three seconds of video.
  • Hashtags. Use the campaign's required ones on every platform. Add two or three about the topic. Skip the twenty generic ones.
  • Watermarks. Do not post a clip with the TikTok logo on it to Reels or Shorts. Both apps push watermarked clips down. Export a clean file and upload it fresh to each app.

What does not carry across

Each platform reads its own count. A million TikTok views do nothing for the Reels post of the same clip. Each is judged, capped and paid on its own. A campaign's per clip cap applies per submission, so three posts of one clip can each earn up to the cap.

The practical setup

  1. 1Edit once, export one clean 9:16 file.
  2. 2Upload it to all three apps within the same hour.
  3. 3Submit all three links to the campaign.
  4. 4Check the Submissions page the next day to see which one moved.

If a clip is running on one platform and not the others, that is normal. Make the next clip and post it everywhere again.
